The Challenge

Junior Tours had decades of experience planning educational student travel, but their brand and digital presence no longer reflected the level of professionalism, organization, and trust behind the business.

The goal was to modernize the company while preserving the credibility and legacy they had built since 1976.

This included:

  • Developing a stronger and more recognizable brand identity

  • Clarifying messaging for modern educators and school decision makers

  • Creating a scalable visual system for print, digital, and social media

  • Positioning Junior Tours as a trusted travel partner, not just another trip provider

The biggest challenge was balancing modernization with trust.

Junior Tours already had 50 years of credibility and loyal relationships, but visually, the brand lacked consistency and strategic direction across its materials. The company needed to appeal to a newer generation of teachers and organizers without losing the familiarity and trust existing clients already associated with the business.

Another major challenge was positioning.

Most student travel companies focus heavily on destinations and excitement. Through research and strategy, we identified that teachers were often more concerned with organization, communication, reliability, and reducing stress than flashy travel marketing.

The brand needed to speak directly to that reality.

Our Solution

The final result was a cohesive and scalable brand system designed to modernize Junior Tours while strengthening its authority in educational travel.

Deliverables included:

  • Logo and identity development

  • Brand strategy and positioning

  • Color palette and typography system

  • Website design direction

  • Social media campaign visuals

  • Print collateral and marketing materials

  • Merchandise and promotional applications

  • Messaging and communication direction

Every element was designed to work together as part of a unified system instead of disconnected materials.

In just a few short months, he's designed a new logo, guided us through a complete brand refresh, launched our social media campaign, and helped us organize and execute a live webinar for our most loyal clients. What really sets Josh apart is his accessibility and commitment to his clients. He is always available, quick to respond, and more than willing to jump on a call to talk through ideas, solve problems, or provide guidance. That level of communication and support is invaluable to us. We trust him completely knowing he's genuinely invested in our success.
